Desc: - Improved the POP3 error message if an account was suspended or (and now) temporarily locked to indicate such. - SMTP receiver. Suspending users (NAUTRY) for failing a password check ended up being too disruptive as spammers are just too relentless, so now have an option (LOCKTYPE) to instead lock the account for a few minutes. This should have a spammer give up when they start getting denied messages and the user is less effected.

Desc: - fix bug in patch 2023-03-10.zip to GALTNTD which would crash if AUDNOSGA set to NO. - Corrected some cookie issues and referrals with tell-a-friend. Complete docs are in INFTFAH.PDF - Added new configuration options AUDNOSGA to turn off audit trail records for NON-SGA CLIENT connections. A lot of spammers try to connect with NON-SGA clients, so you may see a lot of TELNET SERVER - NON-SGA CLIENT messages. Set this to NO to not record those connections in the audit trail. Also modified header.htm to pull font-awesome from CDN for speed
